Adam did a home inspection that was somewhat challenging given that the homeowner was present and very emotional about the process. He completed a thorough investigation of the premises over a total of five hours, because he took pains to make the homeowner feel comfortable. He even returned on a second occasion to enter a sealed attic. Throughout the process he was personable, dedicated, fair and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Adam is great at what he does! During the inspection he pointed out and explained everything he found and provided suggestions on what we could fix on our own and what should be fixed before purchasing. His report was very thorough with pictures, easy to understand language, and listed everything he had shown me in person during the inspection. He followed up afterwards to ensure we had no questions and were able to fully understand the report. On top of doing a bang up job at a great value, he grew up in the Hudson Valley area. It was very enjoyable talking with him and learning about things to do in the area as we will be new to living in New York. Highly recommend!!
